Getting started

What is Furwise?

Furwise is a cat health tracker for multi-cat families. You log day-to-day care (feeding, litter, medication, weight), share the load across a household, and get insights based on what you record.

iOS-only, built specifically for cats.

Where can I download Furwise?

Furwise is free on the iOS App Store. Search "Furwise" on your iPhone or iPad, or tap the download button on the homepage.

What platforms does Furwise support?

Furwise is iOS-only (iPhone, requires iOS 17 or later). Android is not currently on our roadmap. We chose to go deep on iOS first rather than spread thin across platforms.

Accounts & sharing

How do I sign in?

Furwise supports Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google. Pick whichever is easiest, your cat data is tied to your account (not the sign-in method), so switching between them won't lose anything.

Can my family share a cat profile with me?

Yes, multi-caregiver households are the core use case. Anyone you invite can log food, litter, and medication to the same cat profile, and everyone sees the same timeline.

No more "Did you feed the cats?" "I thought you did."

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings in the app and scroll to the bottom to find Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated cat data within 30 days.

If you are the only caregiver on a shared cat, that cat's data is deleted too. See Privacy Policy § 9 for full details.

Furwise Pro (subscription)

Is Furwise free?

Furwise has a free tier covering basic pet profiles and daily care logging. Furwise Pro unlocks the full set of features, including deeper insights and advanced multi-cat tools.

Exact pricing is shown inside the app at sign-up.

Plan limits: the free tier supports 1 cat. Furwise Pro supports up to 25 cats. If you need more, contact us via Settings → Feedback in the app.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your device, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Furwise → Cancel Subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I get a refund?

Refund requests must go through Apple, because Apple processes the payment. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, find the Furwise purchase, and request a refund.

Apple's decision is final, we cannot override it.

Insights & veterinary care

How do insights work?

When you open an insight, Furwise looks at what you've logged (photos, weights, symptoms, notes) and points out patterns, trends, or changes that might be worth a closer look.

Insights are informational prompts to think, not diagnoses. They can miss context or be wrong, especially when there's not much data yet. The more you log, the sharper they get.

Is Furwise a replacement for a vet?

No. Furwise is an informational tool, not a veterinary service. It cannot diagnose.

If your cat shows signs of pain, illness, injury, or behavioral change, contact a licensed veterinarian immediately. In emergencies, go to a veterinary hospital, do not rely on Furwise. See our Terms of Service for the full veterinary disclaimer.

Privacy & data

Where is my data stored?

Your account and pet data live in Supabase's Tokyo region (Japan). Photos are stored there too.

Can I export my cat's data?

Yes. Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll send a machine-readable export within 30 days, per GDPR and APPI data-portability rules.

Self-service export inside the app is on our roadmap but not shipped yet.
