Delete Your Furwise Account

This page explains how to delete your Furwise account (developer: OrcaKobo) and the data stored with it.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Furwise and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, below Sign out.
  3. Confirm with Delete.

This works the same on iPhone and Android.

Delete without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address you use to sign in, and ask us to delete your account. We reply to confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted

Your account and everything stored with it: your profile, your pets, all care records (feeding, water, weight, litter, symptoms, medications, care plans, vet visits, memos), chat history, and the photos you uploaded. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. It is completed within 30 days of your request.

Some data may stay for a limited time in rolling backups, or longer where the law requires it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Delete some data and keep your account

You can delete individual items in the app at any time:

  • A record (feeding, weight, symptom, vet visit, and so on): open it and tap Delete this record. It's removed right away.
  • A pet: open the pet's edit screen and tap Delete Pet. This removes the pet with all its records, care plans, and reminders, and family members you shared the pet with lose access. It is completed within 30 days.

To have other data deleted, such as chat history, email [email protected] from your sign-in address and tell us what to remove.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a Furwise Pro subscription. Cancel it in the store you bought it from:

  • iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
  • Android: Google Play → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
